Swinburne University

Swinburne University’s AGSE micro-site required foundational direction. Cassie was brought in to set the tone for the messaging and framework, collaborating closely with the in-house copywriter and internal stakeholders.

She established a clear UX structure early on, ensuring the micro-site would be user-friendly, integrate seamlessly into the university's site flow, and align with the project objectives. Guided by the university's style guide, the design process included multiple page options for user testing and comprehensive documentation for both desktop and mobile views.

The project was then handed off to an internal front-end developer for build. Thanks to thorough handover notes and detailed design documentation, the transition was seamless—no calls came in with questions.
