B’Cos Brazil offers some of the most delicious and authentic Brazilian street food, complete with signature dishes and a complex menu that needed to resonate with an Australian audience. With long lines of eager customers at their food van and restaurant, the challenge was to simplify the ordering process without losing the essence of the vibrant cuisine.

Cassie was engaged to design and manage promotional materials, menus, and in-store signage to make the customer experience seamless and enticing, all while working within a modest budget. Recognising the importance of visuals, Cassie suggested investing in professional food photography to showcase the signature dishes. She collaborated with a renowned food photographer, assisting with on-site styling as each dish was freshly prepared for the shoot. The resulting images were mouth-watering and captured the bold flavors and energy of the menu.
